Powers and Functions: Establish, maintain, and operate, or provide assistance in the operation of, one or more health facilities or health services, including, but not limited to: outpatient programs, services, and facilities; retirement programs, services, and facilities; chemical dependency programs, services, and facilities.
Formation: Any incorporated or unincorporated territory, or both, or territory in any one or more counties; the territory comprising this district need not be contiguous but the territory of a municipal corporation shall not be divided
5 Directors, elected by resident voters to 4 year terms.
Corning Healthcare District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
